MGMT are another band who create worlds in which the viewer can inhabit. Their low aesthetic videos are impressive and transporting. This shows me that it's not necessarily about the quality of things in front of the camera, it's the effect that they all have together that effects the audience.

Low aesthetic boys
Are always the coolest kids.
